RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is a polyurethane scratch coat for filling defects, unevenness and holes in the matrix of surfaces prior to the application of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Surfacing. RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat has excellent adhesion to bituminous, cementitious, timber and metal surfaces. The speed of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat enables it to be overlaid within 1—2 hours at 10°C to 20°C. It is supplied as a two component product. Surfaces on which RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is applied must be well constructed, structurally stable with good cohesive strength and suitable to receive a bonded high strength surfacing. Weakness in or on the surface is likely to result in failure.

RonaDeck Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is designed to be used prior to the application of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Surfacing. The Resin Bonded Scratch Coat is applied to fill holes and voids in the surface and considerably reduce the amount of RonaDeck Resin Bonded Surfacing Resin used on open texture surfaces.
