PC120 is a solvent free 2 pack polyurethane resin system, designed as a high quality flexable coating.

PREPARATION

The efficiency of PC120 is dependant on the preparation of the surfaces. All surfaces to be treated must be thoroughly cleaned, and any contamination must be driven out to allow PC120 to penetrate and key the treated surfaces. Controlled Hot Compressed Air is the ideal preparation method and also reduces the curing time as the temperature rises. This also improves the chemical resistance and mechanical properties because of crosslinking. Shot blasting and scarifying can also be used for preparing of the substrate. On concrete EPP pimer should be used. Once mixed, this should be applied to the substrate and brushed well in.

 

MIXING AND APPLICATION

Roller primer, EPP onto prepared surface. Broadcast aggregate as evenly as possible over the surface. Using a clean roller, lightly roll the surface and leave to dry. When dry, sweep off surplus aggregate. Add the contents of sealer coat Part "B" to Part "A" and thoroughly mix together. Immediately roller sealer onto aggregate.

 

COVERAGE RATE

Recommended coverage rate is 2-3 sq.m per litre.

PC120 is a three part system packed in 5 litre units of resin plus aggregate

STORAGE

Store in sealed containers between 5°C and 30°C

CLEANING

Solvent cleaner should be used for cleaning tools, etc.
